Fam. Update: June, July 2014

I'll spare you the reading and stick with a few descriptions and pictures of our last couple of months! Get ready. Just kidding, but no, really - here you go!

June:
We moved up to Salt Lake area to build our business. In the mean time Tony is working as a PTA at the big Intermountain in Murray. I say "big" because in St. George - there were just 6 (?) floors at the River Road hospital; this one has 14 buildings, a huge tower and 2 helipads.

During the day when Tony's at work this is what we did:

Went to the zoo.

Went to the park and used a dirty small pond as a personal pool.

Took the boys on small rides for a city celebration.

Went to Lagoon for a work party.

Went to the farm.

Went to Scheels.

That's a pretty exciting June! That's not all we did, though. We made a trip back down south to clean the town house. We also got some good news - we got a buyer! One of the terms of the contract though, was for us to find a renter to transfer to them, once the house is sold. We are so excited for the work we've put in to better our situation, including the decision to move up to our warm market. We also added new people to our business, which is so exciting to see them working on bettering their situation as well!

July:

4th of July Celebrations. Little Reese was shaking and screaming from all the fireworks!

We went to the Bounce House and had it all to ourselves.

Little Reese's 2nd Birthday fun!

This little guy is the cutest thing! His 2 yr. stats are: 37 in' (96th in height) and 30 lbs. (60th in weight), and he wears pretty much all of Kohen's clothes. He is talking up a storm, and his favorite thing to do is to tease his older brother and take EVERYTHING. Lately, they are both obsessed with dragons from the movie. Raaaaaar!

Daddy had to work on his actual birthday, so we celebrated at Liberty Park, swimming in a dirty splash pad/small pool thingy. The kids had fun though and so far, we're disease-free, ha ha ha

We went out for lunch.

We had cake and presents with family on Sunday.

And, when Daddy was around, we went to Chuck e Cheese's for the first time. My first, to be exact.

We made a trip down to St. George for my Grandma's 90th Birthday celebrations! It was a great family reunion, on top of her Birthday, of course! I have the cutest grandma Gretchen ever and we are so thankful she is in our lives.

We made a couple of dips in the pool with some friends while we were in St. G.

But, besides all of these fun celebrations, my absolute favorite thing we did this summer was our business event in Lake Las Vegas! We added another couple into our business this month, and were able to have our friends come to the event, which was great.

Driving up and the view from our room. We stayed at the Westin which has access to the beautiful lake in what looked like the most amazing place in all of Vegas/Henderson area. We drove past some beautiful landscaping and a gorgeous development of homes, shopping and two hotels right on the lake.

The view from the back patio.

I went kayaking with Tony, my first time. It was actually a lot of fun and it's not "that hard", unless you're special, like me. Well, we made it back safely, so my first time was a success.

uh. We took a selfie in our room.

And another picture after one of our amazing dinners in the conference room.

The first day we headed out to the stunning resort style pools, which even came with a slide. How awesome.

We look totally naked in this pic, but we really had swim suits on. Really.

We played Frisbee with some teammates. I just LOVE being around our new friends, people who are always positive and have our common interests and goals in life. This company has brought us all that and much more!

During our millionaire builders summit weekend, we got our first promotion and had the honor of exchanging embraces with one of our company's presidents and a few other incredible multimillionaires. It was THE most incredible thing in the world, not only to learn from these people, but to laugh with them, shake hands, and experience what it's like being around them - even for a few short hours.

This weekend, we also had the privilege of watching one of our incredible leaders from Cedar City, UT, receive her RVP promotion. This woman is unbelievable, incredible, our amazing friend and we love her and all that she does for us, without even realizing it! This woman is married, with 8 children, is incredibly busy - but she has no room for excuses and she DID IT! She made it to the 2%, and it was incredible to experience her moment with her and to share in tears of joy as she walked across the stage, as the new business owner. She has changed so many people's lives and we can't wait to see her change even more lives for the better. Congratulations, Jen Higby!

Meet the incredible, sexy and stunning team of Logan and Heather Abbott - oh yeah, we're apart of this great team and it's growing everyday!

This picture won't mean anything, unless you were there, besides, it's blurry - but it was definitely one of the highlights for me. Bobby Buisson calls this "baby poo poo"! I thought it was so hilarious and all it means is that WE BETTER GET TO WORK!!!!!!

Lastly, just wanted to express my appreciation to our Heavenly Father for this incredible blessing. My testimony just keeps growing. Everyday I realize what a chance we have, what an opportunity, what a life we can build, regardless of anything going on in the world - what a relief we've been able to feel. We have been blessed beyond belief with these amazing, gracious, kind and caring people in our lives. We have the best leaders in the world who are helping us build our business. Everyday is the best day ever and we are keeping it that way!
